Most orders are shipped in 1-3 days. All jewelry is handmade, so please allow up to 10 business days. 

Please allow for additional processing and shipping time due to the current COVID-19 climate.

We use Canada Post to ensure packages arrive extremely quickly and safely. 

If you choose an untracked shipping option, be aware that there is also no insurance or ability to track parcels after they leave our facility.  As such, if the order goes missing we are unable to offer any assistance. 

If you choose a tracked shipping option, you will be issued a tracking number, which you can use to follow the progress of your parcel via the Canada Post tracking website.  

Once the carrier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is lost or stolen. In this extremely rare case, you must file a claim with the carrier. 

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total as they are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. The agency will reach out to the recipient via mail, email or phone to pay these charges so that your shipment can arrive to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees. 

If your package is returned to us due to address issues (that you have provided us), you will be responsible for paying a shipping invoice so we can re-ship your package.
